Your booking is only secure once your non refundable deposit has been paid - if not paid within 24 hours of enquiry please enquire again before making your deposit payment.

Any allergies to latex must be disclosed at the point of booking in.

To ensure a safe and smooth set up we require a van sized parking space next to your hire location and a clear empty pathway to safely take through the equipment.

If you need to cancel your booking please try to give us more than 48 hours notice, bookings cancelled with 48 hours notice or less will be required to pay a 75% abort fee of your remaining amount owed, 24 hours or less notice will be required to pay 100% of your balance.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the items that you have requested will fit in the designated space

The person booking shall be deemed to have inspected the set up and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless they bring to the attention of Mirror Image Occasions any faults noted when it is set up.

If booking for a venue please give us your set times, we need enough time before your event to set up (approximate set up time will be discussed on booking in - bespoke to each event).

By booking in you agree - I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment I have hired / requested and will pay for any loss / damage that may occur.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the weather conditions are such that is considered unsafe. If we take the decision to cancel your outdoor hire due to weather conditions le excessive rain, snow, wind speed. We will suggest you to source a indoor venue or offer for you to reschedule your booking to another date of your choice or any money paid refunded or turned into a credit note - all options will be given for you to decide.

You, the HIRER, is responsible whilst hiring our products, to ensure all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment.

Please ensure that the following safety instructions and guides are followed. We strongly advise that you seek your own liability insurance if you are concerned about the cover this contract allows.

No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near our equipment which will avoid choking and damage (please note if equipment is collected in a dirty condition or damaged then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning and/ or repairing charge).

All footwear, glasses, jewellery, badges MJST be removed before using the Softplay.

No face paints, party poppers, silly string or ink based products to be used either on or near the equipment.

No smoking, cooking equipment, fires, bbas, fireworks near the equipment.

A responsible adult should supervise the equipment hired at all times.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the equipment.

Please ensure that the children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

DISCLAIMER
Please note that all person/s using this equipment do so at their own risk. The person/s or organisation hiring this equipment will be responsible/ liable for any damage
loss or injury occurring from a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
By booking in you are agreeing - I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that whilst in my care, I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the equipment being returned in a unacceptable condition i.e. it is in a dirty or muddy condition. I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge. I have checked the operator that the equipment has been erected and secured properly.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
The more notice given the better. Please bare in mind that our booking fee is non refundable.
We need at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of your remaining balance.
Bookings cancelled with 24 hours or less will be required to pay a 75% of your remaining balance owed.
In the event we arrive to set up and you no longer require your booking, or the equipment you have hired will not fit in the designated space, you will be required to pay 100% of your remaining balance owed.

DEPOSITS
A deposit is taken on booking in and the amount may differ depending on the items you have requested, without a deposit placed you will not be booked in to our diary.
All deposits are non refundable, they hold your date and items.
Your remaining balance is to be paid in cash on delivery or bank transfer at least 24 hours before your booking starts, we will not leave equipment until the remaining balance has been paid. Bank transfer will NOT be accepted at the time of delivery.
Your booking is only secure once your deposit is paid.
